About Me

I'm Aayushi, psychologist with five years of experience working with women, adolescents, and young adults navigating identity, emotions, relationships, and the quiet heaviness that everyday life can sometimes bring. Most people who come to therapy with me aren't necessarily in crisis. They come because they're tired of constantly overthinking, feeling emotionally exhausted, or carrying things they can't quite put into words. Some feel stuck. Some feel disconnected from themselves. Some are high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed internally. Others are still figuring out who they are, while some know exactly who they are but feel like they've somehow lost touch with themselves along the way.

And often, if something feels heavier than it should for a long time — even when you can't fully explain it — that's usually worth paying attention to. My work isn't about “fixing” you. Therapy, for me, is about helping you understand yourself more honestly and compassionately. Together, we make sense of patterns, emotions, relationships, and the things that quietly weigh on you over time. The space I offer is grounded, collaborative, and deeply human. No pressure to have everything figured out before you walk in. No overwhelming clinical jargon. Just a space that feels safe enough to explore what's been sitting quietly beneath the surface, and open enough for you to breathe in it.
